<p><b>Dr. Michael A. Moodian</b> (<a href="http://www.moodian.com/">www.moodian.com</a>) is a writer and assistant professor of social science at Chapman University, where he was the 2008-09 Teacher of the Year at the Irvine campus. He holds doctorate degree in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University and a master’s degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton. His doctoral dissertation research focused on the intercultural competence levels of postgraduate students throughout various stages of study.</p><p></p><p>In addition to his books, Dr. Moodian has written numerous journal articles, book chapters, and commentaries on a variety of topics. He has been a frequent talk radio guest and has presented his research at many national and international conferences. He is a member of the board of trustees of the World Affairs Council of Orange County and the board of directors of TAALK. A native of Southern California, Dr. Moodian lives in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita.</p>
