Professor (Dr) R. C. Sharma, Founder Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Haryana (AUH), is presently Professor Emeritus, Amity Business School, AUH, and Advisor to Additional President, Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF). He is the Founder Director of a number of management and technology institutes, such as Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management, Tilakraj Chadha Institute of Management and Technology, Amity School of Business Studies, Amity Business School and Amity Business School Study Centre. Besides being honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Confederation of Indian Universities (CIU), Commonwealth of Vocational Education and Research (COVER) and the International Association of Educators for World Peace (IAEWP) for his outstanding contribution in the area of educational planning and administration, Dr Sharma has also been felicitated with several prestigious awards including the Best Achiever of India Award, Twentieth Century Excellence Award, Best HR Academician Award, a Gold Medal for securing a First Class in PGDPM (Kurukshetra University), and so on. Having more than five decades of experience in corporate, teaching and research, he has authored several books in the area of management (the last volume being Industrial Relations and Labour Legislation in 2016) and also has more than 170 research papers/articles published in leading journals and periodicals. Twelve of his research scholars have already been awarded PhD degrees by leading universities. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of Amity Management Analyst, a very popular bi-annual journal. He has also contributed a number of articles to The Economic Times.

Sharma, Nipun

Nipun Sharma, currently working as Executive Vice-President and Business Head—UP East at Vodafone Mobile Services Ltd, is BTech (Hons) (EC and CE), PGDMM (Gold Medalist) and MBA. He has attended several programmes such as the Hutch Leadership Program [Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad (2006)]; Vodafone Leadership Program [ISB, Hyderabad (2008)]; Global Program on Management Development [Tata Management Training Center (TMTC), University of Michigan, Michigan (2012)]; Business Leadership Program [IIM Ahmedabad (2013)]; Tata Business Excellence Program [Tata Quality Management Services (2014)] and Vodafone Lighthouse Series 4 [IIM, Ahmedabad (2017)]. He is also a certified Tata Business Excellence Management (TBEM) assessor and a certified SHL internal assessor. He already has 20 research papers/articles on HR-related topics published in leading journals such as Indian Journal of Labour Economics and Haryana Labour Journal and in proceedings of national seminars and conferences. He has been a guest speaker at several institutes/universities/organisations such as IIM Ahmedabad; ISB, Mohali; NIT, Kurukshetra; CII, Chandigarh; Indus Towers; Amity Global Business Schools at Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad and Lucknow; Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar; and Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib.
